Egg enriched bread specially used for Jewish Shabbat and holidays.
Olive Oil and Rosemary Focaccia: $ 2.00 (per square)
Beautiful and very aromatic bread, brushed with extra virgin olive oil and accompained with fresh rosemary leaves, it is delicious and simple, a meal itself.
Herbs of Provence Fougasse: $4.00
This typical bread from southern France is lightly brushed with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkled with Herbs de Provence (oregano, thyme, basil, sage, lavender,savory and rosemary).
Focaccia(chimichurri, basil): $4.00 ea.
Flatbread brushed with extra virgin olive oil and topped with fresh local tomato slices and sprinkled with Chimichurri blend or topped with local tomato slices and fresh basil leaves.

The extra time and care we take in our baking process creates exceptional breads and goodies with more flavor, moist texture and richer color.
